We are glad to offer you the Free Shipping and Free Returns for all your purchases on Moma online store in Italy.

All orders are processed in EURO (EUR, €). 


Any eventual Returned Products will be re-delivered by Moma at no further shipping cost to the Customer, as long as our return procedure is followed.

Orders will be shipped using DHL delivery service.


Your order should arrive in approximately 2-7 business days after shipping, Monday through Friday.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to amend order information once the merchandise has left our warehouse and is on the way to you. In addition we cannot process an order where a P.O. box, APO/FPO, or Freight Forwarder address is given as the delivery address.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

For orders delivered to destination countries outside the European Union Member Countries, the relative Shipping cost is displayed at the checkout, while any custom or import duties will be at your expenses.

Any eventual Returned Products will be re-delivered by Moma at the same delivery cost to the Customer, as long as our return procedure is followed.

Please note that in any case any custom or import duties imposed on products returned to Italy will be at your expenses.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Moma dispatches orders "delivery duty paid" (DDP), hence all taxes and duties are included for the following countries: Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kuwait, Korea, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States. Goods will arrive directly at their destination address in these countries, with no extra charges other than the amount paid at the time of the order.  Orders to all other countries are sent "delivery duty unpaid" (DDU), i.e. exclusive of any local sales taxes or customs duties. If you reside in a non-EU country, we advise you to find out about local taxes and duties before placing an order on Moma. Please be aware that any local sales taxes or customs duties will be charged directly to the customer by the courier for each order at the time of delivery and will not be refunded if the items are returned. 


DOCUMENTATION

Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation (with tax/fiscal pourpose) declaring the value of the merchandise. All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.

RETURNS 


Moma's Returns and Exchanges are free in Italy. Please return your unworn item within 14 days from delivery, for a full refund of the goods.


On any international order outside the European Union Member Countries the return shipping charge is applied for Returned Products to Italy, as long as our procedure is followed.

Requested Returns will be collected at your address using a trusted delivery service, please note that in case of eventual Returns any customs or import duties for products returned to Italy will be at your expenses.


In case of eventual Returns we are unable to predict the eventual charges and the Customer is liable for the payment of import duties, customs and local sales tax. 

You could contact your local customs office for more information on potential charges.


We guarantee to refund any item purchased on Moma online store that you are not completely satisfied with, once it is returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.

RETURN PROCEDURE


As a Customer you have the right to return the Product(s) from your Order, with no penalty and no requirement to specify a reason, by returning the Products you received to Moma within fourteen (14) days from the date such Products were delivered. 

You may return part or all of an Order, for this we kindly ask you to use the return form on our website Moma.it.

Following Moma's procedures you will not be responsible for shipping expenses for returns if your address is in Italy, for other Countries you'll be charged the same shipping cost of the order.

However you may elect to choose to use any courier service at your expense.


Please note that for Countries outside the European Union, any custom or import duties imposed on products returned to Italy will be at your expenses.


In order to make a valid and effective return, please follow these conditions:


1. Keep shoes and packaging in good conditions 


Once you decide to return the Shoes you must not use them and must take good care of them while they remain in your possession. The Shoes must be returned to us undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered and unworn (other than to try them on) and return them in the same state that they were sold to you). Please note that where possible, any labels or tags must remain intact and the Shoes should be returned in or with its original packaging.

3 Return products by courier


Ensure the Shoes are in a securely wrapped parcel. 

We will contact you to schedule an appointment for the pickup by DHL delivery service.


It is your responsibility to keep all return receipts, making a shipment by registered mail or by any other means necessary to obtain precise proof of the sending date.


4. Get Refunded


Please note we will refund you in 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date on which we receive the returned product(s) to the specified address. Any refunds made by us will be made to the method of payment provided when you placed your order and will be subject to Moma right to withhold amounts for products which are found damaged on return.


You will be refunded the amount you paid for the product(s).

If the product(s) has been shipped in countries outside Italy we will not refund the relative delivery charges. In other words, we will refund you the cost of the Products not including your delivery charges for Shipping outside Italy.

All returns are subject to Moma’s verification that returned Products are still in original condition.

We will only accept returns or replacement or refund requests solely for Products that were purchased from the Website moma.it. Please note that incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted and therefore sent back.

Moma reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been authorised and/or do not comply with the returns policy explained in detail online and in the email giving return instructions. Moma also reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorising the return of faulty goods and paying for their return to its premises.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you are unhappy with any of your purchases and feel it may be defective due to a manufacturing fault, please do get in contact with us sending an email to contact@moma.it or otherwise contact us between Monday and Friday from 09:00 a.m -12:00 a.m. / 2:00 pm - 6:00 p.m. at the following phone number +39 0733 865103.

Please do provide as much information as possible concerning the product and the order, eventually including one or more detailed pictures.


If you return a defective Product to us we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within 30 (THIRTY) calendar days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the original delivery charges for sending the (defective) item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us. 

Any eventual custom or import duties imposed on defective products returned to Italy will be paid by Moma.
