Shipping Policy

Shipping costs and delivery times

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are shown at checkout before payment. Your order should arrive within approximately 2–7 working days (Monday to Friday) of dispatch. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot change order details once the goods have left our warehouse. We are also unable to ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO military addresses or parcel forwarding services.

Shipping within the European Union

For deliveries to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden, the price paid at checkout includes VAT at the rate of the destination country, and no customs duties apply. Your order will be delivered directly to your address with no additional charges.

Shipping outside the European Union

Orders to non-EU countries are shipped on a DAP basis. Local sales taxes or customs duties of the destination country, which will be charged to the customer by the courier on delivery. We recommend checking your country's taxes and duties before placing an order on moma.it. These charges are not refunded if items are returned.

Returns from outside Italy

For returns from countries other than Italy, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. For returns from non-EU countries, any customs duties or import taxes on products returned to Italy are the customer's responsibility, except for faulty products. VAT

For orders delivered within the European Union, prices include VAT at the rate of the destination country. VAT rates vary by country, but our prices remain the same across the EU.
